Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how AS Peoria LLC d/b/a Avid Solutions International ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Habit AI Coach iOS mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifier. No account or login is required to use the App.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate the App and provide its core habit-tracking features entirely on your device.
- To generate personalized AI coaching responses through the Anthropic API.
- To verify your Premium subscription status and unlock Premium features.
- To serve advertisements on the free tier via Google AdMob.
- To diagnose and fix crashes and technical issues.
We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the App.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers, and only as necessary to operate the App:
- Anthropic, Inc. — processes AI coaching messages to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy.
- RevenueCat, Inc. — manages subscription status. RevenueCat's privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.
- Google LLC (AdMob) — serves ads on the free tier. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Apple, Inc. — processes App Store purchases and provides crash diagnostics. Apple's privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. AI Coaching Data
When you use the AI Coach feature, your message is transmitted to Anthropic's API over an encrypted HTTPS connection to generate a response. Anthropic may retain messages for a limited period for safety review in accordance with their usage policies. Do not share sensitive personal information (financial data, health records, government IDs) in the AI Coach chat.
5. On-Device Storage
All habit data is stored locally on your device using iOS's secure storage (AsyncStorage). This data is included in your device's iCloud backup if you have iCloud Backup enabled for the App. We have no access to this data. Deleting the App removes all locally stored habit data.
6. Advertising (Free Tier)
If you use the App without a Premium subscription, banner ads are served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show relevant ads, subject to any App Tracking Transparency consent you provide. Upgrading to Premium removes all advertising.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the App and shared personal information through the AI Coach, contact us at info@onticworks.io.
8. Data Security
Communications between the App and third-party APIs (Anthropic, RevenueCat) are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Habit data never leaves your device. We cannot guarantee absolute security of any transmission over the internet.
9. Your Rights and Choices
- Delete habit data: Delete the App. All on-device data is removed.
- Opt out of personalized ads: In iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, deny tracking permission for Habit AI Coach.
- Manage subscription: In iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Contact info@onticworks.io for requests.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
